Louise Klinge is a Danish researcher specializing in relationship competence, primarily focusing on professional adults' relationships with children and adolescents. She holds a master's degree in Danish and philosophy and has experience as a teacher at different levels of education. Through her company EDUK, she offers continuing education and lectures for teachers and educators. In 2017, she won the PhD Cup for the dissemination of her research project on teacher-student relationships focusing on teachers' relationship skills. In collaboration with Louise Klinge, we at Litemotions have produced a professional video recording in which she conveys knowledge about the importance of relationships and the concrete characteristics of relationship-competent practice. The video is available on the EduK website and is used as a tool to support teachers and educators in their daily work with children and young people.
